Overview:
The International Alliance Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Health Care Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work with patients to improve their physical function, mobility, and overall quality of life through personalized treatment plans. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities, limitations, and needs.
· Develop individualized treatment plans that address patients’ specific goals and rehabilitation needs.
· Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to enhance recovery and mobility.
· Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for managing their conditions.
· Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
· Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
· Stay informed about advancements in physical therapy techniques and best practices.
· Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education to enhance professional development.
Qualifications:
· Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
· Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
· Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with a diverse patient population.
· Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and physical therapy techniques.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
